How I Know Robert Mueller Has No Case against Trump

For nearly two years, Robert S Mueller, III and his team of over a dozen attorneys have dug in every nook and cranny around President Trump. The Deputy Attorney General appointed Muller to not only explore whether the Trump campaign “colluded” with the Russian government to defeat Hillary Clinton but also gave the special counsel authority “to prosecute federal crimes arising from the investigation of these matters.”

It is unusual for a prosecutor to begin an investigation without an identifiable crime. “Collusion” is not a crime and cannot be found in federal code except in antitrust law which has nothing to do with the Russia investigation. This is the first and most obvious problem regarding the appointment of the special counsel. No specific crime was identified to justify a special counsel. What does this lead to? It leads to what some call a “fishing expedition.” Such an expedition occurs when a prosecutor is given unlimited authority to investigate crimes that are completely unrelated to the purpose of the investigation. What makes this doubly horrendous? The purpose of this investigation is unclear which makes this a fishing expedition on steroids.

To draw a comparison, the investigation into Hillary Clinton and her private email server had an identifiable crime. The investigation was launched to conclude whether or not Hillary Clinton sent and/or received classified or top-secret government information on this private server while serving as Secretary of State. Possessing classified information in an insecure environment is a federal crime.

Another comparison? The investigation into the Clinton Foundation was launched with the purpose of concluding whether or not Hillary Clinton, while Secretary of State, received donations from foreign governments through her foundation with the expectation of diplomatic favors in return. The possible crime here could include bribery along with various other federal crimes.

Once again, with the Russia investigation, there is no identifiable crime.

In my opinion, after nearly two years of this fishing expedition, I believe Robert Mueller has hit a dead end. Why do I think this? Because the special counsel has charged nearly all of their key witnesses with perjury or lying to federal investigators. George Papadopoulos, Michael Cohen, and Paul Manafort have been accused of or have pleaded guilty to lying to the special counsel attorneys. If the Mueller team wanted to use these key witnesses to testify against President Trump or others then they wouldn’t put individuals that they claim to be liars and criminals on the stand.

This raises the question as to whether the Mueller team ever intends to find “collusion” between the Trump campaign and the Russian government. In my opinion, the goal was never to find collusion but rather to drag Trump’s name through the mud and personally and financially destroy as many Trump associates as possible during this investigation. It is more of a personal assassination expedition launched by Hillary Clinton and her cronies when they fed the Russian sourced opposition research to the Obama DOJ for investigation. All along, the Clinton allies knew that there was no crime committed by the Trump campaign as they allege.

When this is said and done, it will go down as the most corrupt political witch hunt in American history. What is yet to be known is whether the criminal Clinton cartel responsible for this illegitimate “investigation” will be held legally responsible. Who am I speaking of? Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, Andrew McCabe, James Comey, Rod Rosenstein, Robert Mueller, to name a few. In my opinion, it is past time for Hillary Clinton and her cronies to be held responsible for their illegal actions.

The question is, who will be the first of these to don an orange jumpsuit?
