President Joe Biden has renominated Nancy Abudu, a radical political activist employed by the Southern Poverty Law Center, to serve on the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. Abudu currently serves as the strategic litigation director for SPLC.
Her former nomination was held in limbo only by an 11-11 tie vote of the Senate Judiciary Committee until her nomination expired on January 3, 2023. On that same day, President Joe Biden immediately renominated her.
The entire process starts over again and your senators need to hold strong against her nomination.
Contact your senators and tell them to oppose the renomination of Nancy Abudu.
