I suppose it was inevitable, but I have been sent to Facebook jail for sounding a warning about the dangers of Islam. I don’t get parole for 24 hours.
I am now in the middle of a blackout period where I cannot make any posts on my own Facebook page. If I try, here’s the message that pops up:
You're temporarily blocked from using this feature because you shared something that isn't allowed on Facebook.
When I click the “Learn More” button, I discover that I have apparently violated Facebook’s “Community Standards,” most likely its ban on “Hate Speech.” When dealing with the left, one learns quite quickly that their definition of “hate speech” begins and ends with “stuff we don’t like.”
My post was in connection with an incident in the Seattle area in which a member of the airport ground crew actually stole an empty plane, did some acrobatic maneuvers with it in the air, and then crashed it into an island in Puget Sound. The incident obviously raised serious questions about airport security, including legitimate questions about Muslim members of ground crews, who would have similar access to unattended airplanes.
It’s one thing to have a rogue airplane in the hands of a man whose Holy Book teaches “love your enemies” (Matthew 5:44) and to have the same plane in the hands of a man whose holy book teaches “slay the idolaters wherever you find them” (Sura 9:5). One may fly the plane into an island, the other may fly that plane into a skyscraper. After all, Muslims have done it before.

Might be a good idea to keep Muslims from serving on ground crews. Not that all of them would pull a stunt like this, but we don't have any way of telling the difference between the ones who would and the ones who wouldn't.
This is far from a merely hypothetical possibility. In the wake of the Seattle incident, Popular Mechanics wrote that it is “troublingly common” for “ground crews to steal planes,” and gives a list of seven examples.
The Times of London posted a story on October 7, 2016, under the heading Muslims working at Paris airports ‘tampered with jets’. The first sentence: “Muslim radicals working at Paris airports attempted to sabotage Air France airliners.”
When British troops returned from Iraq a number of years ago, one of the Muslims showering them with abuse was a baggage handler at the local airport where he had access to all of its secure areas. The possibilities of mischief here are off the charts.
In 2015, US authorities admitted that ISIS or one of its affiliates planted a bomb on a Metrojet flight which broke apart in midair and fell to the ground in the Sinai Peninsula, killing all 224 passengers. How did that bomb get aboard? The smart money is through the work of the ground crew.
According to Vanity Fair, a large portion of aircraft maintenance is now being outsourced by American airline companies to places like El Salvador, Mexico, and China, where only a tiny number of mechanics are F.A.A. certified and inspections, are virtually non-existent and the ones that are performed have no teeth. The opportunities for Muslim mischief here are likewise potentially limitless.
A Pew Research Study in a Muslim opinion poll taken several years ago revealed that from 22% to 42% of young Muslims in America, Britain, France, Germany, and Spain believe that suicide bombings are A-OK.
Facebook, of course, is a private company and can censor anybody it wants to. But by banning me and other conservatives, it’s making a sham of Mark Zuckerberg’s promise to Congress to make Facebook a “platform for all ideas.”
Bottom line: I would rather speak the truth about the risks of Islam and get banned than say nothing at all and watch a planeload of Americans go down in flames.
