What’s happening

●     H.R. 589 would repeal the FACE Act.

●     Speaker Mike Johnson understands that the FACE Act has been weaponized against pro-lifers, but has not repealed the FACE Act either by passing H.R. 589 or placing repeal language in a “must-pass” bill.

●     The House has a Republican majority and with pressure from you can pass H.R. 589. The Senate would then need to pass the bill.

Why it matters

●     Pro-life Americans have faced federal prosecution for standing up for life.

●     The FACE Act is a political and legal weapon pro-abortion groups absolutely want to keep using against pro-lifers.

●     The FACE Act is unnecessary and is an example of what happens when federal overreach goes bad.

●     If Democrats regain power, the FACE Act will be used to punish pro-life Americans.
