Biden’s attempt to encode transgender ideology into American law gets axed by federal judges
TUPELO, Miss. — Tragically, American culture has seemingly abandoned common sense and morality. Government schools are teaching “gender affirmation” to young impressionable children and traditionally gender-specific activities like sports are being blurred, often against the participants’ wishes. This crusade against common sense is being led by President Joe Biden, with his progressive ideologies negatively impacting citizens across the nation.
“Biden is pushing this transgender ideology, trying to force Americans to accept it,” declared American Family Association (AFA, www.AFA.net) President Tim Wildmon in a recent podcast. “Most Americans are saying, ‘No, we reject it,’ and they’re fighting back.
“Biden is trying to convince people that you can choose what gender you want to be at any given moment, and is even trying to encode this outlandish ideology into law,” continued Wildmon. “Thankfully, there are people in power who are putting an end to this nonsense. A federal judge in Louisiana has temporarily blocked the Education Department’s final Title IX rule, which prohibits discrimination based on gender identity and sexual orientation. Another court case determined that the president does not have the authority to make these overarching decisions.
“It’s sad that we are forced to rely on federal judges to block such nonsensical decrees from our leadership, but thankfully there are still people who look out for what’s best for America.”
