Give Thanks to God

May we all remember during this season of Thanksgiving to express gratitude for all of God's many blessings. Have you ever heard, “What if God only blessed you today with what you thanked Him for yesterday?” I am so thankful for His love, grace, and mercy!

As always, we have so much to be grateful for.

As we celebrate the wonderful blessings of God this Thursday, I want to take this time to also thank you for your continued support. We have joined together for a common cause - to defend traditional family values. I think you will agree that we have had many great victories. It is my prayer that the Lord continues to use us as salt and light in our communities and nation.

I have been taught if the Scripture mentions something once then we better pay attention, but if it mentions it twice then we better take heed. Scripture for your family to refer to during this Thanksgiving holiday:

Monday – “Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ,” Ephesians 5:20 KJV.

Tuesday– “O give thanks unto the Lord; for He is good; for His mercy endureth forever,” 1 Chronicles 16:34 KJV.

Wednesday – “In everything give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you,” 1 Thessalonians 5:18 KJV.

Thursday – “Praise ye the Lord. O give thanks unto the Lord; for He is good: for His mercy endureth forever,” Psalm 106:1 KJV.

Friday – “Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, and into His courts with praise: be thankful unto Him, and bless His name. For the Lord is good; His mercy is everlasting; and His truth endureth to all generations,” Psalm 100:4-5 KJV.
