President Trump announced full and unconditional pardons for pro-life prisoners who were unjustly targeted by the Biden Justice Department for their peaceful pro-life advocacy under the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act.
First, I want to thank you for signing the American Family Association (AFA) petition urging President Trump to pardon these pro-life advocates who were unjustly prosecuted for their efforts to save lives. Your voice, combined with thousands of others, helped make this possible. AFA is humbled and honored to have played an instrumental role in advocating for these pardons—a monumental win for the pro-life cause and for justice.
However, the work is far from over. While we celebrate this victory, we recognize the urgent need to address the root of these injustices. The FACE Act has been weaponized against Christians and pro-lifers, targeting peaceful advocates in a way that undermines our constitutional freedoms. AFA will continue to work toward the repeal of the FACE Act.
