Over 53,000 supporters have signed our recent petition supporting U.S. Senators' call for an investigation of Planned Parenthood affiliates.
It's reported that Planned Parenthood has defrauded the federal government and taxpayers out of nearly $80 million! This is money that was supposed to go to businesses suffering due to being closed because of the coronavirus.

Because we will be communicating with the Department of Justice and the Small Business Administration on this issue, and having more citizens signing the petition increases the voice of taxpayers when we bring this issue before Attorney General William Barr.

Here's the latest on the investigation of Planned Parenthood affiliates:
The U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee held a hearing this week on COVID-19 fraud. During the hearing, Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) raised a question concerning the "controversy about 37 Planned Parenthood offices applying for and receiving funds under the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) despite their ineligibility."
Under the recently passed CARES Act, small businesses that were eligible for the PPP loan/grant were those businesses employing 500 or fewer employees and not having an affiliated organizational governance and under common management.
During the hearing, Sen. Hawley asked Justice Department Associate Deputy Attorney General William Hughes, "If an organization that knows it is ineligible for a program but nonetheless applies, falsely certifies its eligibility, and receives tens of millions of dollars in taxpayer money meant for somebody else, do we have a criminal conduct issue."
Mr. Hughes responded saying, "I think the traditional…legal standards that apply to corporate liability and individual liability for corporate actions apply with equal force in this with respect to prosecutions of this program." Also, as part of Associate Deputy Attorney General Hughes' testimony, he said investigations of COVID-19 fraud, "are just getting started. For the foreseeable future, we [DOJ] will be bringing these cases."

It is clear the Department of Justice is investigating COVID-19 fraud. It's not clear, however, if this includes the investigation of Planned Parenthood affiliates' fleecing of American taxpayers. We need to make sure the nation’s largest abortion provider is part of this investigation.
