The Iowa legislature has introduced the Sex and Gender Clarity Act (HSB 242), which would restore common sense and clarity for Iowa law by defining sex as “male” and “female,” rather than by an individual’s “gender identity.”

Iowa desperately needs this bill to pass because it is one of the states that has made “gender identity” a protected class. Now, everything from sports, bathrooms, healthcare, and more are subjected to nonsensical “gender” ideology.

This bill is about safety and common sense, biological science, and funding for schools and hospitals.

A man has no place in a bathroom or locker room with Iowa girls and women.
A woman in prison shouldn’t be forced to share a cell or a shower with a man masquerading as a woman.
Taxpayers shouldn’t be forced to pay for so-called “gender transition” surgeries.
Federal funding for schools and hospitals is at risk if Iowa continues pushing this transgender madness.

Iowa also shouldn’t force business owners, employers, or state agencies to implement policies that disregard the reality of biological sex.

It is very important that your legislators know where you stand on this issue. LGBTQ activists are bombarding Iowa lawmakers with calls and emails, trying to scare them away from doing what is right.

Most of these activists aren’t even from Iowa. That’s why YOU have to get the word out to your own Iowa state legislators.
