President Joe Biden has nominated Nancy Abudu, a radical, political activist employed by the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), to serve on the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. Abudu currently serves as the strategic litigation director for SPLC. This means her job is to sue those who don’t agree with SPLC’s radical “woke” agenda by attacking religious liberty, biblical sexuality, and the sanctity of life.
The SPLC consistently smears those with opposing views as “hate groups” and “extremists” and continues to do so despite the dangerous consequences. Abudu joined SPLC even after the group inspired an individual to attempt mass murder against Christians who work for the Family Research Council (FRC). The attempted murderer targeted the FRC because SPLC dishonestly designated it as a hate group simply because it holds biblical views on sexual truth. SPLC ignores that fact that faithful Christians and Jews have done nothing more than to remain faithful to the same biblical truth regarding human sexuality that has existed for thousands of years.

Abudu filed a “Shadow Report” with the United Nations seeking its involvement in the United States’ legal matters after she failed to convince American courts to restore felons’ “rights” to vote.
Her report to the U.N. against the U.S. is titled “Democracy Imprisoned, A Review of the Prevalence and Impact of Felony Disenfranchisement Laws in the United States.” In this Shadow Report, Abudu “recommend[ed] that the [U. N.] Committee ask the U.S. Government” questions and recommend that the United States follow the United Nations position “[t]hat the U.S. Government publicly support the automatic restoration of voting rights to citizens upon their release from incarceration for felony convictions.” In other words, Abudu sought to undermine U.S. law by lobbying the U.N. to apply international pressure against the U.S.
Furthermore, Abudu has a record of promoting religious freedom, except for Christians. Abudu fought for religious freedom rights when those impacted were non-Christians: (1) She sued Brevard County to require atheists or secular humanists to deliver county invocations, and (2) she fought with the Council on American-Islamic Relations for Halal meals for Islamic prison inmates.
Meanwhile, she has opposed religious freedom rights of Christians, even when those rights were entirely reasonable and constitutionally permissible: (1) She fought to remove a cross from being displayed in the city of Pensacola’s amphitheater during an Easter service, and (2) she opposed school prayer and religious liberty in a case dealing with prayer at a private high school football game on a publicly-owned audio system.
In the court case Love v. Young, she also represented transgender females asserting the “right” to participate in a “ladies only” show by the “Black Chippendales,” who are male strippers.
Abudu’s record shows that she is dangerous and hostile to American law and American values. She filed a Shadow Report with the United Nations after her radical attempts to give voting rights to felons were rejected by U.S. courts. She joined the SPLC even after they inspired the attempted mass murder of Christians for holding biblical values. Moreover, her record against the religious freedom rights of Christians is wholly unacceptable.
