With the overturn of Roe v. Wade, Kansas is at the center of the pro-life fight in America. On August 2nd, the Sunflower State will hold the first ballot test in on abortion limits with the “Value Them Both Amendment” to help protect both the mother and her unborn baby. Yes, this is a pro-life vote to keep Kansas from becoming a permanent abortion destination.

This Kansas state constitutional amendment is necessary because the liberal Kansas Supreme Court inserted a nearly unlimited “right to abortion” in the state constitution in 2019. Since then, abortion industry attorneys have sued and removed pro-life laws one-by-one.
The Kansas state constitutional amendment will stop late-term abortions and ensure tax dollars are not used for abortions and many other pro-life laws.
