PETITION TO THE LEADERSHIP OF PBS KIDS
Stop Harming America’s Children
with Damaging Sexual Themes
To PBS KIDS:
I stand with One Million Moms and others in total opposition to pushing homosexual themes and a redefinition of the family on impressionable children.
Your celebration of so-called Pride Month has coincided with positive portrayals of homosexual behavior in programs such as Sesame Street, Arthur, Clifford the Big Red Dog, Odd Squad, and Work It Out Wombats.
This is more than merely immoral and “highly controversial.” Millions of Americans reject homosexuality because of the strong evidence that it is harmful to children and society as a whole. Research has shown that societies that promote biblical, traditional marriage and sexuality flourish, and those which don’t promote these practices decline. Similarly, personal well-being coincides with traditional sexuality and family, and doesn’t coincide with homosexuality and other LGBTQ lifestyles.
It is not compassionate—indeed, it is the opposite—to push deviant sexuality on children! I urge PBS KIDS to reject and remove such content immediately.
And use my gift to warn and mobilize more Christians across America to protect vulnerable kids and their families!
