U.S. District Court Judge Glen H. Davidson ruled yesterday that Itawamba County Agricultural High School violated graduating senior Constance McMillen's constitutional right to free speech by refusing her permission to wear a tuxedo and bring a lesbian date to the senior prom.

The American Family Association (AFA) this week used its extensive data base to send targeted action alerts into the districts of 46 Democratic congressmen whose position on this weekend's ObamaCare vote is uncertain.

 

Donald E. Wildmon, chairman of American Family Association (AFA) for more than 30 years, has resigned as chairman of the board for the national ministry. The resignation comes following several months of hospitalization.  A bite from a mosquito carrying the St. Louis encephalitis virus caused Wildmon’s illness.
