God is not a white man. If you think He is, you're biblically illiterate.

But God also isn't a man at all, He's not a Republican, and He's definitely not American. He doesn't sit on a cloud, and He doesn't have a really long, really boss beard.

I bet - and hope - that all of us would agree with those statements, but I think a lot of times it's easy for conservative Christians to forget these things.

Oh yeah, and God loves lesbians and terrorists. Put that in your pipe and smoke it.
