Loving Freedom and Soving Problems

I do not like Americans to be:  jobless, homeless, lack health insurance or access to quality education, go hungry or lack access to healthy foods, or to be pulled over, protected or arrested on the basis of skin color.

However, I do support the constitution, limited government and enforcement of laws, be they immigration or voting protection.  The president came out with a parade of unemployed Americans which he used as props for government spending.  There is empirical evidence that shows the extension of unemployment delays employment.  The president’s adolescent obfuscation of the issue (government spending) and the straw man of class warfare compassion (or lack of) do nothing to help or solve the problem of an economic crisis.  If we took President Obama’s thesis to a conclusion: Why would we ever end benefits?  Our President’s community organizing tactics are tired and deeply offensive.  If he wants to help the unemployed, then he should stop the demonizing, taxing and intervention of (and respectively) employers.

President Obama's policies do not comport with the constitution, rule of law or history.  The founders knew (realized) man’s fallen nature and how it is unchangeable; the President’s statism denies it.  We are left with a country that is now becoming people ruled, and not served by the government.  Freedom is the answer, be it in markets, speech or in the providing for the social safety net.  Mr. President, please appreciate government’s (man’s) nature and limitations.
